Gamma App Review

Q: How do AI credits work in Gamma?

AI credits measure advanced AI usage. On the Free plan, all AI actions use credits, which do not refresh. On paid plans, presentations and images with standard models are included, and credits are primarily used for Agent, Ultra AI models, and API access. Unused credits roll over up to double the plan size.

Q: What is Gamma's refund policy?

Gamma offers a full refund within the first 3 days of subscribing to a paid plan, provided the credit usage does not exceed a specific threshold for that plan. No refunds are issued after 3 days, except where required by applicable law. You must contact customer support to request a refund.

Q: Can I switch between Gamma plans or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription by accessing your billing settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 30 days before renewal.
