What happens at the end of my free trial?

At the end of your free trial, you will be able to use the app as usual but downloads will be restricted until you subscribe to a paid plan.

Can I change or cancel my plan later on?

Yes, you can change or cancel your plan anytime. If you cancel, it will take effect at the end of your current term. If you upgrade, the change is immediate; if you downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

How is the add-on quota reset?

The add-on quota is reset at 9am GMT on the 1st of each month. Unused quotas do not carry over to the next month, so be sure to use them before each new month starts. The quota reset is independent of your plan renewal.

Can I create AI Avatar Clones or Voice Clones of anyone?

No, you are strictly prohibited from creating clones of any individual without their consent, public figures without explicit authorization, individuals under 18, or for purposes of harassment, fraud, or creating abusive/discriminatory activity. You must be the individual depicted/recorded or have legally binding consent.

Does Pictory AI use my content to train its machine learning models?

Pictory will not use Customer Content to train machine learning models unless expressly agreed in writing. It may use content in a non-identifiable aggregated manner for evaluating, improving, or enhancing services.
