AI Credits are a monthly balance used to power resource-intensive AI tools like AI Coach, Thumbnails, Clipping, and Script Writer. They are shared across supported AI tools, and your plan determines your monthly allowance. Unused credits do not roll over, but purchased add-on credits do.

Can I buy more AI credits if I run out?

Yes, if you are on a Max or Coaching plan, you can purchase one-time credit packs or enable auto-refill. These add-on credits do not reset monthly and are used after your plan credits. Top-ups are not available for Free or Boost plans, or for subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

What is vidIQ's refund policy?

vidIQ does not offer refunds or credits for unused days within an existing plan. If you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the current term. When upgrading, any unused time from your current plan is applied as a credit to the new plan.
